Cybermen - Decimated by disease
the inhabitants of Mondas used surgery to cybernetically augment limbs and

Daemons – A powerful race of
cloven hoofed horned beasts of immense power. They can change their size at
will and are responsible for man’s mythology for the Devil |

Daleks - The Doctor’s greatest
enemy, the self-professed masters of the universe. Every Doctor has
encountered the Daleks. The Daleks were voted as the number one baddie of all time, see survey results. |

|
Destroyer – A chained beast in
Battlefield, with blue skin |
|
|
|
Empress of Racnoss, as seen in The Runaway Bride. |

|
|
Face of Boe - Not an enemy, but could not be ignored |
|
|
|
Fendahl – A 12 million year old
skull held the power of the Fendahl. It took over the body of a woman and,
through her, created an army of six foot long slug-like Fendahleens |

|
|
Ice Warriors – Noble reptilian
warriors from Mars who made an attempt to take over the Earth before turning
to peace |
|
|
|
Jagaroth – Scaroth, the last of
the Jagaroth, used profits from stolen works of art to finance experiments
in time travel. He appears in City of Death, filmed in Paris (the first
foreign filming location) |

|
Jagrafess - Servant of the Daleks, employed to mis-guide humans in the far future. |
|
|
|
Loch Ness Monster – A Skarasen,
used by the Zygons to destroy oil rigs |
|
|
|
Macra – A slime-oozing crustacean
that enslaved humans to mine poisonous gas |
|
|
|
Master – a Timelord whose
villainy is without end and whose crimes are without number. The Master was voted as one of the top 10 Sci-Fi baddies of all time, see survey results. |

Morbious – A Timelord sentenced
to obliteration for evil crimes. His brain was removed by Solon who intended
implant it into another head so that he may live again |

Moxx of Balhoon - Not an enemy, but could not be ignored |

Ood - A simple race but whose mind was controlled by the beast |

|
|
Omega – A famous Timelord who
with Rassilon built the apparatus which enables Timelords to travel through
time. In creating the black hole device Omega was transported into the world
of anti-matter where both his power and hatred of the Timelords grew |

Ogrons – Tall ape-like figures
who were the servants of the Daleks |
|
|
|
Reaper - A being that exists between dimensions that can slip through between them when there is a crack or gateway. The reaper feeds on life. |

|
Robot – A poor innocent robot who was finally consumed with power and
eventually had to be destroyed |
|
|
|
Robots of Death – Normal service
robots who had been reprogrammed to kill in aid
of a madman to destroy infesting humans and create a robot utopia |

|
Sea Devils – Aquatic creatures
who have shared the Earth with man for thousands of years who make
themselves known by starting to expand their territory with tragic
consequences |

|
Slitheen - A very unpleasant
family of aliens intent on destroying the Earth in series 1 of the new
Doctor Who |

|
|
Sontarans – A race of squat
muscular clones who thrive on war |

|
|
Sutekh – Last of the Osirons.
Sutekh is trapped for thousands of years in one of the great pyramids of
Egypt. He finds pleasure in destruction and is of limitless power. Arguably
the most dangerous individual in the universe |

|
Terileptils– Reptilians who
crashed to Earth in 1666. They planned to release a lethal plague but the
great fire of London put a stop to that |

|
|
Wirrn – Insects that incubated
their eggs in other life forms. The larvae spread, mutated the host bodies
into drone Wirrens which, like ants, live only to protect the queen |
|
|
|
Yeti – Robot servants of the
Great Intelligence, a shapeless cosmic entity. They were used to invade the
London underground |
|
|
|
Zarbi – Giant ants enslaved by
the animus on the planet Vortis. They were at war with a peaceful moth-like
race, the Menoptra. The pictures shows the Menoptra, Zarbi and Venom Grub in
that order. |

|
Zygons – Alien visitors who lived
in Loch Ness with the monster which they used as a weapon and for
sustenance. The Zygons can change their appearance at will to look like
humans |
