Welcome to Torchwood
The new spin-off series Torchwood has got underway but all in all we're rather disappointed, we think the general idea of having a secret organisation collecting alien technology is probably sound in the Doctor Who universe as the alien technology (and the aliens themselves) exist. Having watched the episodes, the way Torchwood is run seems odd, chaotic and not in line with a large Government secret organisation (a handful of folks working under a pavement in Cardiff). Hummmm...
