BONES SERIES 1
Crime drama BONES follows the investigations of Temperance 'Bones' Brennan, a forensic anthropologist who attempts to identify corpses that are badly burned, decomposed or destroyed. She is frequently paired with Special Agent Seeley Booth of the FBI's Homicide Investigations Unit to investigate cases. Temperence works at the Jeffersonian Institute and her special skill is the ability to read the clues left behind in the victim's bones, hence her nickname.Booth frequently clashes with Brennan and her methods as he dislikes science and scientists, preferring instead traditional investigative work to solve cases. The show takes its inspiration from books by Kathy Reichs, a best-selling novelist and real-life anthropologist who works as a consultant on the show. |
