We were believe that villains should not look like humans and that the very best villains are don't have human feelings. In other words you can't reason with them. Finally, to make the really worst villain they need to be so technologically advanced that it seems impossible to defeat them. Top Girl

This is a tough call as there are so many and so we decided to go for two. The first is the one that influenced us the most as children and the second is obviously the wow factor. The first (and our overal winner) is one of the Doctor's assistants, Jo Grant who falls into the first category.

Our second choice for the wow factor is Kristanna Loken who starred as the terminatrix in Terminator 3 Rise of the Machines.
