8 May 2025 - Clash of the Titans vs Excalibur

A reader has posed an interesting question. Which fantasy film is better, Clash of the Titans or Excalibur? Both films are excellent, and both have one or two outstanding scenes that will always be remembered.

It is a tough call, the special effects are great, the story is awesome, but for me Excalibur has it, mainly for the amazing musical score.

In both films the casting is spot on, I must admit to really liking Merlin in Excalibur. A personal favourite.
